Readmission to Graduate School
Returning to graduate studies?
A graduate student in good academic standing who fails to enroll for a maximum of one (1) semester may apply for re-admission. Students returning to graduate studies following an approved leave-of-absence may apply for re-admission. Effective March 1, 2013, there will be a non-refundable application processing fee of $35. Payment can be made in the form of a check, money order, or certified check payable to North Carolina A&T State University. Credit card payments are accepted via the Treasurer’s Office (336-334-7721). If paying through the Treasurer’s Office, please send a copy of the receipt to the Graduate School.
Readmitted students must be cleared by the Sebastian Health Center prior to registering for classes. Please contact the Health Center at (336)) 334-7880. Also, all applicants for readmission are required to submit Campus Safety Questions.
The re-admission application and application fee must be received no later than one week prior to the start of classes. Students on academic probation should consult the Graduate School STAR Associate of the program to which they seek readmission.
