Academic Programs

Chemical Engineering, Biological Engineering and Bioengineering are core engineering discipline and are central to the College of Engineering and the University's mission and its land grant heritage. The breadth of these disciplines affords us many natural links to other academic programs within and outside the College of Engineering. These inter- disciplinary links have allowed us to develop strengths in emerging areas of engineering, while maintaining our excellence in more traditional areas.
