The College of Engineering has a variety of strong and highly respected programs that prepare students for successful careers in industry, government or academia. We pride ourselves in our state-of-the-art facilties, advance computer labs and renowed faculty. At North Carolina A&T State University, we provide our engineering students the hands-on experience they need in order to bridge the gap between theory and reality. With ten undergraduate programs, eight master's program and four doctoral programs, N.C. A&T is the largest producer of African American Engineers in the country.

Dual Degree Major

The dual degree major involves a student working for two separate university degrees in parallel, completing them in less time than it would take to earn them separately.

Double Majors and Minors

Engineering students have numerous options for pursuing double majors. For example, an engineering degree could be combined with a degree in business administration. Students may also choose a minor.

N.C. A&T Board of Trustees to Meet April 21-22

North Carolina A&T State University full Board of Trustees will meet April 21 – 22.

Wabash-Provost Scholars Co-led National Workshop at Wabash College

North Carolina A&T State University faculty members (and Teagle Assessment Scholars) Drs., Karen Hornsby, Scott Simkins and Galen Foresman along with N.C. A&T undergraduate students and Wabash-Provost Scholars Breanna Beard and Christopher Watkins recently co-led a national workshop.

Students Host Fashion Show, Food Drive for Earth Day

Utilizing the attracting power of fashion, North Carolina A&T State University students from the Departments of Journalism and Mass Communication and Family and Consumer Sciences, will host the Fourth Annual Earth Day Fashion Show and Food Drive at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 21 in Harrison Auditorium.
