Welcome to the Department of Liberal Studies (LIBS) at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. Unique among undergraduate programs, the Department of Liberal Studies provides an exciting and rigorous major in seven concentrations. Students and faculty dedicated to interdisciplinary, cross-disciplinary, and trans-disciplinary studies collaborate in research in African-American Studies, Cultural Change and Social Development, Dance, International Studies, Pre-Law, Race, Class, and Culture, and Women's Studies.
