Faculty will enter final grades by accessing AGGIE ACCESS ON-LINE for Faculty. You may access as follows:Grade Submission:

  1. Click Aggie Access Online
  2. Select: Web for Faculty (summer) BANNER
  3. BANNER ID: 950######
  4. PIN: {6-digit number)

If this is the first time accessing Aggie Access On-line, PIN numbers are birth date; e.g. 011865. After you log in, the system will prompt you to change to a PIN number of your choice. You will also be required to set a security question and answer. Please remember your new PIN as you will need it each time to login into Aggie Access.

Summer Sessions Pay Policies:

Faculty and graduate assistants will be paid via direct deposit for each session according to the schedule below:

Pre Session Courses May 31, 2016
First Session Courses June 30, 2016
Intersession July 29, 2016
Second Session July 29, 2016
Dual Session ½ Payment June 30, 2016
½ Payment July 29, 2016

Summer School faculty should be aware that their summer school salary will be combined with regular pay. The entire amount will be subject to state and federal tax withholdings based on their W-4 and NC-4.
