    • 2014-2015 Distance Learning Undergraduate Tuition Rates

      Tuition Rate per Credit Hour

      Resident: $110

      Non-Resident: $544

      Mandatory Fees
      Technology Fee Rate: $8.00 per credit hour
      Student ID: $5.00 per semester
      All students pay these fees each semester in addition to regular tuition, regardless of the number of classes taken.

      Resident: $213

      Non-Resident: $821

      All students pay these fees each semester in addition to regular tuition, regardless of the number of classes taken.
    • Tuition Rates for Students Enrolled in Distance Learning and Main Campus Courses

      Please note that students will receive one combined billing statement for main campus and/or distance learning courses. Distance Learning (DL) courses are billed in addition to main campus charges.

      Effective with Fall 2014, students who are enrolled in 12 or more credit hours (undergraduate) or 9 or more credit hours (graduate) with the main campus, and are in one or more credit hours of Distance Learning courses, will NOT be billed for the Distance Learning courses.

      This benefit is only allotted to students who are attempting either 12 or more hours of on campus undergraduate-level courses or 9 hours or more of graduate-level on campus courses.

      During the registration process, please note whether the course you select is taught on-campus or online. Additionally, please review your bill and check your Aggie Access Online account regularly. Your student account will reflect the separate charges for any distance learning courses for which you have registered. If you are assessed distance learning charges for a course that you were not aware was a distance learning course, you must drop the course immediately if you do not wish to pay the additional charges.     • Paying Your Bill

      After registering for courses, please review your bill for accuracy in Aggie Access Online. Tuition and Fees for Distance Learning courses are paid to the Office of the Treasurer via Aggie Access Online or face-to-face. (Note: You will not be able to apply for an NCAT email account or access distance learning courses until your bill has been paid and validated. Classes will be dropped, daily, once late registration begins if your account is not validated. Please consult the Academic Calendar for the  late registration date)
    • Student Insurance Plan

      All students enrolled in 6 or more credit hours, in good academic standing and making appropriate progress toward graduation will have the student insurance plan charged to their tuition bill. If you wish to waive the coverage, please visit the web site. Enter the appropriate information to select your school and then follow the screen prompts.
