Distance Learning

Welcome to North Carolina A&T State University's online Virtual Campus. Since NC A&T has more than 100 years of experience opening new doors for students who might otherwise have been closed out, it's exciting and fitting that this campus is among the vanguard of universities using the Internet to break down today's barriers to higher education.

For students whose circumstances will not allow traditional access to our outstanding bachelor's, master's and doctoral degree programs, our online courses and programs offer an alternative method to gain the edge an NC A&T education gives students in today's extremely competitive work world.

Whether you are just finishing high school, making a career change or finally getting around to making an old dream for a college education come true, you're in the right place. Through online courses, the latest demonstration of our commitment to continuing education and distance education, we invite you to join the ever-growing number of traditional and non-traditional students NC A&T has successfully served.

The Center for Distance Learning, in close cooperation with the academic departments, enables students to access degree programs and courses of the University at convenient sites and times. Courses are offered at a distance through online and extension programs.

Our mission is to increase access to the University and to expand exemplary course offerings and programs through state-of-the-art instructional and delivery systems. These systems address the educational and professional development needs of the University students, faculty, and other stakeholders with a focus on relevance, quality, and utility.
