The College of Education at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University offers highly effective undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral degree programs. Our faculty prepares educational leaders for K-12 public schools in elementary education, special education, reading education, instructional technology, counseling, and school administration as well as for higher education in adult education. Additionally, faculty prepare leaders for communities, businesses, and agencies in rehabilitation counseling, mental health counseling, sports science, fitness management, leisure studies, and behavioral health and wellness. World-renowned faculty scholars in the doctoral leadership studies program enhance the skills of educational leaders to pursue rigorous empirical- and practice-oriented research.

College of Education at N.C. A&T Receives $1.2 Million US Department of Education Grant

The United States Department of Education Office of Special Education Programs has awarded a $1.2 million grant to the College of Education at North Carolina A&T State University to increase the number of highly qualified special education teachers produced for K-12 public schools.
