All Floor Lamps Must Have Fire Proof Shades (No Wicker or Plastic)

Extensions Cords

No Ceiling Fans

No Dimmer Switches

No Nails, Tacks or Other Fastening Devices on the Walls

No Lofts without Departmental Approval in Accordance with Loft Policy

NO PETS EXCEPT FISH IN TANK NO LARGER THAN 20 GALLONS
