We are here for A&T staff members.  We are in A-C-T-I-O-N for you.  We will listen to you.  If there is an appropriate way for us to help you, we will attempt to do so.  Please get to know us.  We are willing to hear your concerns.  We are very open to information and suggestions.  Using the appropriate means and methods, we will seek to help you communicate your concerns.

As your Senators we will constructively address and identify SPA and EPA non-teaching interests, ideas, and concerns relative to employment issues, policies and procedures.  We will promote and facilitate communication and participation in decisions and activities that affect members of the A & T Staff.

We will encourage a sense of community among all employees of North Carolina A & T State University.

We intend to continually seek mutual understanding and new opportunities to improve the quality of life at A & T.  Methods used to accomplish this include respect for individuals, community meetings and recognition of employee contributions.
