The annual Aggie Invitational Tournament will be held
on January 13, 2007 in the Memorial Student Union. We
are currently seeking
staff and student volunteers to assist with the campus
tournament November 14- 16 and the invitational January
13.
The registration for the event is on a first come-first
serve basis, so sign up soon.

Dr. Waldo Martin, Professor of African
American History and African American Culture at the
University of California, Berkeley will be speaking
on campus October 27, at 4:00 in the
New Classroom Building Auditorium.
Dr. Martin is the author of "The Making of
Black America," in Making America: The Society
and Culture of the United States, and co-editor
with Pat Sullivan, Civil Rights in the United States:
An Encyclopedia http://history.berkeley.edu/faculty/Martin/
A Duke grad and Greensboro native, he is being brought
to town by the Greensboro Historical Museum as a consultant.

Flu Shots Available on Campus
A&T has partnered with Blue Cross and Blue Shield
of North Carolina (BCBSNC) and Maxim Health Systems
to host a flu shot clinic on campus, Wed., November
15, 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., 1020 Wendover Building,
room 007. Participants will be required to have proper
identification and sign a consent form before receiving
a flu shot. Free to employees enrolled in the State
Health Plan or the State PPO.
