Throughout this school year, students will be making calls to alumni and friends, asking for their renewed support of NC A&T through our phonathon program. The purpose of their call is to reach out and make contact with our alumni. Many alumni have not been in contact with the university in some time. They, also, ask for financial support, update alumni on the happenings of the University and answer questions.

Funds raised through the call center is calculated into the Annual Giving’s overall goal. The combined efforts in 2006-2007 brought the A&T phonathon to a successful close. $322,537 in pledges from the call center was committed to the Annual Giving last year – what an excellent way to end the year!

While our dollar total is very close to last year's total at this time, we do have a higher goal, so we're hopeful that A&T’s generous alumni and friends will continue to step forward with support for the A&T Annual Giving.

Many thanks go out to the 2,500 donors who have already made gifts this year. Thanks, also, to those of you have made pledges to the 2006-07 Annual Giving campaign.
