Six Sigma Certificate Program

The Six Sigma Certificate Program will provide you with training toward ASQ Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) and Black Belt (CSSBB)certification in a 91-hour combined classroom and on-line format. The Six Sigma Certificate Program will follow the entire body of knowledge as defined by the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and will contain numerous hands-on exercises to reinforce the concepts and tools covered in the program.

Program Topics include: the six sigma process; six sigma tools; voice of the customer; Lean techniques; designing effective experiments; application to product and service environments, and the application of statistical tools to process improvement.

Better Business Communication

Office of Continuing Studies and the Technical Writing program at North Carolina A&T State University will offer Better Business Communication a program - Improve your business correspondence, reports, proposal, emails, and all aspect of technical writing.

Learn to Write Better and More Effectively

Learn the basic rules of writing, how to improve your writing skills, develop your ideas and articulate them intelligently, spelling, grammar, and punctuation, speak correctly and increase your confidence. Present yourself professionally through writing and speaking.

Community Spanish

The overall goal of this program is to prepare English speakers to speak and understand small amounts of general and basic Spanish found in most routine interchanges in daily life. In addition, Community Spanish provides basic cultural information about Spanish-speaking groups in the hope of informing and educating Englishspeakers about unique aspects of Hispanic culture.

Spanish for Career Technology Education Teachers, Administrators, and Staff

This is a comprehensive program designed to provide functional Spanish Language skills for school personnel who have occasional contact with Spanish-speaking students and visitors. It also includes extensive training for non-Spanish speaking classroom teachers who have Spanish-speaking children in their classrooms.
