Submitting a New Request


The Department of Information Technology and Telecommunication (DoIT) is available to help departments within the University develop web-based applications for their websites. To request assistance, please contact Aggie Tech Support.  Their contact information is available at http://www.ncat.edu/~helpdesk/contactingus.html. Please provide the following information when you call:

  • Your name

  • Your telephone number

  • Your e-mail address

  • Your department name

  • A brief description (2 or 3 sentences) of your request

  • Name of Website Owner


The Aggie Tech Support you speak with will open a Service Request for you. The Service Request will then be forwarded to the Web Support Services Department.   Within three business days after the request has been received by Web Support Services, a member of the Web Support team will contact you to discuss the details of your request.  Please note that the "three business days" timeframe does not apply if the University is closed or operating on a delayed schedule because of inclement weather, holidays, etc.  Once we have reviewed your request, we will provide you with a target completion date.
